Management Team

Michele Scott is the President of Troll Systems Corporation and is a member of its Board of Directors. Michele was also one of the co-founders of Troll Systems in 2002. Her current responsibilities include overseeing the Finance, Sales and Program Management departments. Michele joined Wescam, Inc./Troll Technology in 1996 where her primary roles focused on technical support, systems engineering and program management. Before joining Wescam, Inc./Troll Technology in 1996, Michele worked for various companies specializing in audio, video and control systems, including George Massenburg Labs in Van Nuys, CA and Clair Brothers Audio in Lititz, PA. Michele is a 1993 graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Julian Scott is the CEO of Troll Systems Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. One of the co-founders of Troll Systems in 2002, Julian now assumes the responsibility of overseeing the Production, Customer Service and Systems Engineering departments. Julian joined Troll Technology as a Senior Systems Engineer in 1992, and he continued to work for the company as the Director of Broadcast Systems after Wescam Inc. purchased Troll Technology in 1995. Prior to his position at Troll Technology, Julian served for three years as a project engineer in the Broadcast Communications Department at the British Broadcasting Corporation. Julian is a 1989 graduate of the City University London, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Jeff Hopkins is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Troll Systems Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. He leads the Engineering department and shapes product direction for the company. Jeff has over twenty years of experience in video and high-speed data link design used in air-to-ground and other line-of-sight applications. Jeff has co-authored several patents in Antenna design and control.

June 20th, 2016, Bill Sweeney assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Troll Systems Corporation. Bill has spent more than twenty-five years in senior leadership positions at companies that specialize in wireless communications and networking technologies, including Cisco Systems, Remec Broadband, Axiom Microdevices, and Broadcast Microwave Services. Specific core competencies include IP data communications, COFDM microwave data links, ASIC and embedded processors, LTE/4G, 3G, CDMA, TDMA and GSM Wireless infrastructure products.
